Nancy is an experienced taxation adviser, providing advice to a diverse range of clients including corporations, small, medium and large privately owned/family businesses, partnerships and high net wealth individuals.
Nancy currently works as an assistant manager, in Prosperity’s Business Services and Taxation group, based in Sydney. Her role involves providing advice on tax structuring and compliance of corporate and family groups, and developing financial management solutions.
Throughout her career, Nancy has developed strong skills in tax structuring and planning. Her tax experience includes assessing the tax implications of Employee Share Options, accessing trust loss provisions, implications of distributing trust income to non-resident beneficiary and clients filing foreign tax returns.
Nancy also provides a range of business advisory and accounting services to her clients, including business structuring, business planning, preparation of cashflow forecasts and budgeting. Her experience covers a range of industries including retail, manufacturing, technology, medical and legal professional practices.
Nancy is also fluent in written and spoken Chinese-Mandarin.
