Andrew commenced working with Prosperity Advisers in June 2009.
Andrew currently holds the role of Business Consultant in the Business Services and Taxation group.
Andrew has over 23 years experience specialising in the areas of Business Management and Sales and Marketing. Andrew provides advice to his clients on all aspects of Business planning, feasibility studies, business reviews, operational reviews, and the sales and marketing process. He also provides business mentoring and goal setting for business success.
Andrew has many years experience working with companies in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry. He has worked with market leading organisations such as: Cadbury-Schweppes, Dairy Farmers, Smiths Chips and Red Tulip. He has held positions in these companies as franchise consultant, franchise business manager, senior account manager, regional sales manager, business development manager and northern region wholesale and distributor manager.
Andrew has been involved in providing advice for potential business owners. He has conducted many business advisory sessions detailing the process of starting up a business and evaluating its viability.
This involves; start up cost, business structures, profit and loss analysis, sales forecasting, distribution analysis, and people management.
He works closely with his small business clients, providing a review of their current status and advice on opportunities for improvement, utilising best practice business principals and industry benchmarks.
In addition to servicing his Newcastle and Sydney based clients, he frequently travels to country locations throughout Australia to service the needs of his regional clients. These regions include the New England area, the North Coast of NSW and the Southern Region of NSW.
