Experience
David is a manager in the Business Services and Taxation group. He leads a team of advisors, providing strategic commercial and taxation advice to Prosperity's business and private clients.
David joined Prosperity in 2010, bringing with him more than 14 years business advisory experience, having worked for a 'Big 4' accounting firm and other mid-tier firms throughout New South Wales and Queensland.
He advises clients across a range of industries, with particular expertise in health, construction, manufacturing and agriculture. David provides specialist business advisory services to his clients, including strategic business planning and structuring advice on new business ventures.
David works closely with his clients preparing cashflow statements, profit & loss projections and other management reports. He also prepares complex statutory financial statements and tax returns for a range of client types, including companies, partnerships, trusts, individuals and superannuation funds.
David has also been involved in a wide variety of corporate insolvency work, including members' voluntary liquidations, creditors' voluntary liquidations and voluntary administrations.
David's approach is to thoroughly understand his clients goals and priorities, allowing him to deliver tailored advice an easily understood manner.
